Cancellation Policy

Refunds on coaching sessions are not offered. Should you need to reschedule a session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. For our courses, group coaching programs, certification programs and online trainings, please refer to the Terms of Use for each specific offer or to the Terms of Use of this Website.
